    BioPointe is the exclusive staffing and consulting arm of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) serving over 6,000 organizations with their staffing needs

    • Site Visit Assessment: To assure we fully understand and market our client’s unique setting, culture and needs, BioPointe developed a proprietary assessment process which includes an in depth site visit once an engagement letter is finalized.

    • Practice Assessments: We utilize information gathered from early dialogue and our site visit to create an Opportunity Assessment. This compares the client’s specific opportunity to the market, based upon a number of criteria; e.g., geography, call, compensation, etc. We then add “real world” strategies and recommendations to optimally position the opportunity so that it is competitive in today’s challenging recruitment environment.

    • Opportunity Profile:  Our consultants and research team will develop a written description of the practice opportunity for use in candidate sourcing.  This document provides a detailed description of the position, the practice, local healthcare facilities, and the community.   Below is a sample of our custom designed Opportunity Profiles:


    • Marketing Plan: BioPointe will undertake a variety of marketing activities. Based upon the site visit and early dialog, we will create a marketing plan that is customized to the client’s specific opportunity. We will initiate the plan that is pre-approved by the client. We will place advertising in professional journals and on websites. We will implement a custom mailing program, sending email broadcasts to our own internal database, practicing physicians, and residents/fellows.
