Ron Frechette - Founder and CEO

Ron Frechette serves as President & CEO of BioPointe. Mr. Frechette brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and vision to BioPointe gained in over 19 years of sales, training, executive search, and career consulting experience.

In 1991, Mr. Frechette joined the Charles J. Givens Organization in Orlando, FL as a National Sales and Seminar Coordinator. Ron traveled extensively throughout North America and was part of a team responsible for the success of the Financial Seminar Division.
Ron's passion for sales training led him to the Orlando based sales training and management consulting company, Applied Concepts, Inc. There he served as a Sales Training Consultant and Seminar Speaker. Ron was responsible for the sale of sales training programs to over 400 automotive and marine dealerships across North America, and enhanced the sales skills of over 10,000 salespeople worldwide. Ron also wrote and produced the Professional Interviewing Tips Workshop, and the Power Phone Ups in the 90's and Beyond Workshop.

In 1996, Ron decided to pursue a career in the executive search industry. Ron's ability to identify sales talent became instantly apparent. He began building award winning sales teams for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. One sales manager even referred to his sales team as, "Frechette's Brigade". Ron had found his career calling.

Ron eventually founded Career Coaches, Inc. (CCI) in July of 2000. CCI evolved from an executive search firm into a full service human capital solutions company. In 2006, BioPointe was created to strategically identify with its client base and target markets which are predominately Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Healthcare related companies.

Today, BioPointe's success is based on the highest professional & ethical standards in the industry and the ability to understand, identify, and fulfill client and candidate needs.

Mike Wallace - Chief Financial Officer

Michael J. Wallace, CPA, CBM, MBA: Mr. Wallace is an accomplished entrepreneur and finance professional with a successful track record in the start-up, growth and optimization of businesses. Mike brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, including work as the Chief Financial Officer of Physicians Preferred Insurance Reciprocal and Physicians Preferred Insurance Management, LLC, a Director and Chief Financial Officer at Intrepid Capital Corporation, Intrepid Capital Management and Allen C. Ewing & Co.

Mike has extensive experience in internal controls and regulatory financial reporting to various regulatory agencies including the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, NAIC, SEC, NASD and IRS.

Mr. Wallace holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.


Carlos Sardinia - Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Mr. Sardinia provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, and New Business Development. He facilitates health system relationships, maintains vendor relations, and assists the executive management team in the provision of capital and new ventures.

Prior to joining BioPointe in 2008, Carlos held a variety of executive management and operational positions in both public and private companies. He is an expert in building start-up companies and restructuring corporate operations programs to insure profitability. Sardinia’s success is based on a unique ability to identify talent and his strong analytical skills to develop proven operational business processes.

Carlos attributes his upbringing and strong family values as a major contributor to his personal and professional success.

He is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Biology and is fluent in English and Spanish.


Paul J.Rodden, MPH - Director, Physician Services

Paul Rodden, MPH serves as the Director of Physician Services of BioPointe. Mr. Rodden was initially hired as a consultant to spearhead a joint venture between the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) and BioPointe. He brings over nine years of practice management consulting and physician recruiting experience. Read More

Prior to BioPointe, Mr. Rodden served as a Director of Physician Recruitment at various community and academic health systems in the New England area, as well as VP of Medical Staff Development with a major, nationally-recognized healthcare consulting firm. Paul is well versed in all areas of provider staffing, retention and strategic development. He is regarded as a highly skilled consultant and gifted communicator.

Paul received his under graduate degree in biology and economics from Bates College, Lewiston ME in 2000. He also received his Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University, Boston, MA in 2002.


Roger Frechette - Director, International Business
Healthcare

Mr. Frechette joined BioPointe in 2008 to spearhead the development of BioPointe’s international physician and nurse recruitment program and to assist in the US physician recruiting efforts. Frechette’s international business development experience stems from over 15 years as a licensed real estate and mortgage broker targeting foreign national investors. As a past board member of the Central Florida British American Chamber of Commerce, Roger developed a vast network of international professionals interested in investing and relocating to America. Mr. Frechette began his sales career in the financial services industry in the mid 1990s. In June of 2002, he was offered a position with MetAmerica Mortgage. It was here that Frechette conceptualized a foreign investor mortgage program that catapulted his success. Roger’s “outside the box” thinking led him to break every company record that existed at MetAmerica. Eventually, he was promoted to Branch Manager where he built and managed his own office. Over the years, he developed a referral pipeline system serving primarily international home buyers purchasing investment properties in the Walt Disney World area. Frechette’s office became the most productive branch in MetAmerica history.

Mr. Frechette’s award winning sales career, international experience and outside the box thought process have proven to be a winning combination and BioPointe is excited and privileged to be the beneficiary of his skills.


Lauren Corry - Human Capital Consultant
Healthcare

Lauren Corry joined BioPointe in May of 2008 as a Human Capital Consultant. Ms. Corry was hired initially to assist the healthcare recruiting team in a large scale Nurse Practitioner expansion project with Take Care Clinics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Walgreens). Lauren’s professionalism and superior communication skills made an immediate impact on the project. Her individual contributions resulted in the hiring over 50 Family Nurse Practitioners within six months. Lauren was the recipient of BioPointe’s 2008 Rookie of the Year Award. Read More

Prior to joining BioPointe, Lauren held a position with the Palm Beach County government in West Palm Beach, Florida where she worked in Public Relations developing and distributing information to the media regarding county programs and matters of concern to the public. She was also employed by the Public Information Department of Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. There, Ms. Corry created and launched a large Public Safety Campaign that targeted child safety and death prevention.

Lauren received her degree from Florida State University in 2006, graduating Cum Laude in Communication with an emphasis in Mass Media. She brings a strong commitment to excellence to BioPointe. Lauren believes that, even in our technological world, people are the key to success for any organization and placing the right person in the right position is the cornerstone of corporate excellence.


Cory Sinclair- Business Development Consultant
Healthcare/Life Sciences

Cory Sinclair received a B.S. in Health and Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University (PSU) in 1996 and a Master’s in Business Administration from Regis University in 2001. He has a human resources, marketing, and business development background in hospital, retail, manufacturing, and professional service industries. Read More

Cory worked in both the Human Resources and Marketing departments with St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. His role included nurse recruiting and developing marketing reach out programs in the Tri-County metro to include Allentown, PA and Easton, PA.

After taking an interest in marketing hospital services and marketing community reach out programs, he then pursed working in marketing and analyst roles for Lechters and Fine Art Lamps.

Cory’s experience in marketing exposed him to business development from working with Lechters and Fine Art Lamps. He developed sales and marketing plans which led him to working with customers and creating business relationships resulting in sales. Prior to coming to BioPointe, he worked with investors, buyers, and business owners in business valuations, profiling, and business sales.


Chastidy Wilkinson - Office Administrator

Chastidy Wilkinson joined the BioPointe family in September 2006 as the Administrator Assistant and was promoted to Office Administrator in April 2007.
Prior to joining the BioPointe family, Chastidy served as the Funding Coordinator for a premier corporation in the Jacksonville Area. Chastidy has extensive knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable, HR and administrative support.Read More

In addition to being the Office Administrator, Chastidy provides direct administrative support to the CEO, Executive VP and VP of Operations for BioPointe.Chastidy gives back through community involvement and participates in the annual First Coast American Heart Walk.
