Ron Frechette - Founder and CEO

Ron Frechette serves as President & CEO of BioPointe.  Mr. Frechette brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and vision to BioPointe gained in over 19 years of sales, training, executive search, and career consulting experience.
Ron began his sale career at Patriot Marketing Group in Ayer, MA after 4 years of active duty in the United States Coast Guard, As a Sales and Marketing Consultant, he was responsible for the marketing, set up, and sale of estate lien sale auctions.

In 1991, Mr. Frechette joined the Charles J. Givens Organization in Orlando, FL as a National Sales and Seminar Coordinator. Ron traveled extensively throughout North America and was part of a team responsible for the success of the Financial Seminar Division.
Ron's passion for sales training led him to the Orlando based sales training and management consulting company, Applied Concepts, Inc. There he served as a  Sales Training Consultant and Seminar Speaker. Ron was responsible for the sale of sales training programs to over 400 automotive and marine dealerships across North America, and enhanced the sales skills of over 10,000 salespeople worldwide. Ron also wrote and produced the Professional Interviewing Tips Workshop, and the Power Phone Ups in the 90's and Beyond Workshop.

In 1996, Ron decided to pursue a career in the executive search industry. Ron's ability to identify sales talent became instantly apparent. He began building award winning sales teams for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. One sales manager even referred to his sales team as, "Frechette's Brigade". Ron had found his career calling.

Ron eventually founded Career Coaches, Inc. (CCI) in July of 2000.  CCI evolved from an executive search firm into a full service human capital solutions company. In 2006,  BioPointe was created to strategically identify with its client base and target markets which are predominately Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Healthcare related companies.

Today, BioPointe's success is based on the highest professional & ethical standards in the industry and the ability to understand, identify, and fulfill client and candidate needs.

Fonsi Castillo - Executive Vice President

Mr. Alfonso Castillo joined team BioPointe as Director of Business Development in September 2007. He is currently serving as our Executive Vice President. Prior to joining BioPointe, Mr. Castillo spent over 21 years in sales, training and management in the Life Sciences industry. From March 2007 to August 2007, he worked for Gilead Sciences as Region Director, creating, coordinating and developing their new cardio-pulmonary division in the Florida Region. Read More

From September 2002 to March 2007, he worked as Senior District Manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals. In this capacity, he excelled in district sales driving his district from last to the top 10% in the Nation. He assisted the Region with training and marketing tactics and strategies to further increase South East Region sales. He also coordinated and completed a Region development and retention survey intended to reduce a 65% Region attrition. As an active member of the South East diversity Council, he coordinated training and development activities to further develop and retain diverse employees for Novartis. 
From September 1987 to September 2002, Mr. Castillo held several positions with Bristol-Myers Squibb as Associate Field Development Manager, Senior District Manager, Regional Sales Trainer, Hospital and Territory sales Representative. In his career with BMS, he won numerous sales Pinnacle awards as a territory and hospital representative, trainer, and manager. He also served and obtained National recognition in multiple national and regional marketing and training committees, crafting marketing strategies and plan implementation.  He assisted the Region in three sales force expansions, districts business development and sales management training.
Mr. Castillo was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He moved to Houston, Texas in July 1980, he worked for the City of Houston, Health Department from 1980 to 1983. From 1983 to 1987 he managed and regulated the shellfish industry for the State of Texas, Health Department. Mr. Castillo holds a B.S. in Sciences, Biology/Chemistry from the Catholic University in Puerto Rico.

Skip Willbach - Vice President of Operations

Skip received his Bachelor of Industrial Design degree from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. He went to work designing products, packaging and graphics for companies such as General Foods, L’Oreal Cosmetics and Duracell Batteries. Skip then moved to Detroit to design toys and craft items, including projects for Lionel Trains, for a division of General Mills. Read More

Skip changed careers and joined Entertainment Publications, publisher of the annual Entertainment discount dining and coupon book, a fundraising vehicle for schools and non-profit organizations. Starting in Detroit, then relocating to Baltimore, MD and finally Jacksonville, FL, he held several sales and management positions, including Sr. Account Executive, District Manager, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and National Accounts Manager. Skip also served as 2nd Vice President of the Northeast Florida Restaurant Association. Utilizing his leadership and training skills, Skip built solid sales and administrative teams, and in turn reversed the downward sales trend of the Baltimore and Jacksonville markets, turning them into top profit centers for the company. During his 22-year tenure with Entertainment, he worked with more than a thousand not-for-profit and charitable organizations, and helped them raise in excess of $10,000,000.

Volunteer work is important to Skip. He currently serves on his temple’s board as a Trustee, is Chairman of the Usher Committee, and is both a Trustee Board Member of the River Garden Hebrew Home for the Aging and Co-Vice President of River Garden’s Admissions Board. Skip is happily married to his college sweetheart and has two wonderful daughters.

Mike brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, including work as the Chief Financial Officer of Physicians Preferred Insurance Reciprocal and Physicians Preferred Insurance Management, LLC, a Director and Chief Financial Officer at Intrepid Capital Corporation, Intrepid Capital Management and Allen C. Ewing & Co.

Mike has extensive experience in internal controls and regulatory financial reporting to various regulatory agencies including the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation, NAIC, SEC, NASD and IRS.

Mr. Wallace holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Business Administration from the University of North Florida.

Christina Kupper - Human Capital Consultant

Christina Kupper joined BioPointe in April 2007 bringing with her over 12 years experience in research, finance and client service.   She was promoted to Human Capital Consultant in October of 2007 and took on additional responsibility as a Project Coordinator in November 2007. Read More

Christina began her career in the USAF working in the medical arena as a Biomedical Technician.   After serving her country, she moved back home to Florida and entered the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch.   Christina worked for 5 years with Merrill before moving into the hedge fund industry where she strengthened her research background.   She spent another 6 years doing industry specific and market based investment research for two widely recognized hedge funds and her own research firm.  She has been promoted and recognized several times in each of her endeavors for her creative thinking and research talent, successfully increasing portfolio earnings by millions of dollars.     
Christina is an active member of her church, serving on the fundraising committee.  She has been an integral part of the children's ministry for over 4 years in planning VBS and teaching children's church.  She also participates in several local charity events such as the March of Dimes and the American Heart Association - Start Heart Walk.  
One of Christina's greatest passions is research - finding solutions and answers to the questions outstanding.   She believes in optimism and a positive outlook.   Her motto in life is, attitude is everything.  "...man can alter his life simply by altering his attitude of mind"--William James (1842-1910). 

Nick Trotty - Human Capital Consultant

Mr. Trotty began his career with Swainsboro Technical College in June of 1999 as the Program Coordinator for the Georgia Fatherhood Program.  Nick was responsible for coordinating values based workshops that lead men to becoming more responsible fathers. While with the Georgia Fatherhood Program, he was recognized on several occasions for coordinating top notch peer to peer programs. 

Nick eventually went on to work as a peer advocate for Behavioral Interventional Services, Inc.  In his role, Nick conducted in-home peer counseling sessions with children and adults to investigate child and spousal abuse cases.      

In 2004, Nick was ready for a new challenge in his career.  After researching several industries, he accepted a position as an Account Executive for HSBC.  Nick was a member of the consumer lending division and achieved several district and regional sales awards.  Although he enjoyed tremendous success at HSBC, Nick missed the personal aspect of helping people in his previous career.  That is what led him to BioPointe in 2007.  At BioPointe, Nick is able to enjoy a competitive work environment that focuses on leading people to success! 

Mr. Trotty is a Member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc., Pi Alpha Alpha, Benedict College National Alumni Association, and St. Mark United Methodist Men.

One of Nick’s greatest passions is helping people turn their mental light bulbs on.  Nick’s motto in life is, “Knowledge is like a garden; if it is not cultivated, it cannot be harvested” African Proverb.

Kimberly Esch - Human Capital Consultant

Kimberly Esch joined the BioPointe family in April 2007 and brings over 10 years experience in outside sales and retail management.

She possesses experience with start-up organizations, new site launches, marketing and advertising.   In addition to her role as HCC, Kimberly has recently taken on the additional responsibility of Marketing Coordinator for the BioPointe team.

Kimberly is an active member of her community.  She supports several foundations including the Susan G. Komen Foundation and American Heart Association.  

Her passion for helping others is what drives her to be at the top of her game.   Kimberly strongly believes…“Only as high as I reach can I grow, only as far as I seek can I go, only as deep as I look can I see, only as much as I dream can I be.”

Chastidy Wilkinson - Office Administrator

Chastidy Wilkinson joined the BioPointe family in September 2006 as the Administrator Assistant and was promoted to Office Administrator in April 2007.
Prior to joining the BioPointe family, Chastidy served as the Funding Coordinator for a premier corporation in the Jacksonville Area.  Chastidy has extensive knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable, HR and administrative support.Read More

In addition to being the Office Administrator, Chastidy provides direct administrative support to the CEO, Executive VP and VP of Operations for BioPointe.Chastidy gives back through community involvement and participates in the annual First Coast American Heart Walk.
